Bank vs GL
Compare the bank export to the cash account in the general ledger.
How it works
You do not need an ERP integration to start. Upload the spreadsheets you already use.
Step 1
Bring bank, AP, AR, or operations files. The original file is stored as uploaded.
Step 2
Identify invoice number, date, amount, vendor, and reference. Save the mapping for next time.
Step 3
Set keys, tolerances, and whether advanced matching is allowed on your plan.
Step 4
The engine matches rows deterministically. It does not execute spreadsheet formulas.
Step 5
See matched, unmatched, duplicate, tolerance, partial, and ambiguous items.
Step 6
Assign, comment, and approve through the workbench. Certified results stay immutable.
Step 7
Hand a reviewer a report generated from the run, not from a rewritten source file.
Step 8
Reuse the mapping and rules, or schedule the same job for the next period.
