AuditExport is software for reconciling Excel and CSV files. You upload spreadsheets, map columns, match records, review what did not match, approve results, and export reports.
Accounting firms, bookkeepers, finance teams, controllers, fractional CFOs, consultants, AP and AR teams, construction finance teams, and other spreadsheet-heavy businesses.
No. You can start with Excel and CSV files. Integrations are not required to run a reconciliation.
Yes. Upload workbooks or CSV files, map the columns you need, and run a reconciliation.
Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xlsm for inspection without running macros) and CSV files.
No. Source files are stored as uploaded. Reports and derived datasets are created separately. The original workbook is not rewritten.
Organization owners and admins can manage retention and organization deletion. Source files stay immutable while they are retained, then follow the controlled deletion workflow.
They appear as exceptions. You review, assign, resolve, or send them through maker/checker approval instead of scanning every matched row.
You choose keys and rules. The engine can match exactly, within amount or date tolerances, with fuzzy text, partially, or as 1:N, N:1, and N:N groups. Matching is deterministic — not an AI guess.
Yes. Professional and Business plans include advanced matching: 1:N, N:1, N:N, fuzzy, and partial matches.
Yes. You can export structured Excel and PDF reports. Management packs are available on paid plans that include that entitlement.
Yes. Organizations have roles such as owner, admin, manager, analyst, reviewer, and viewer. Sensitive actions stay permission-checked on the server.
Yes. Work is organized by organization, workspace, and client so a firm can keep client files and runs separate.
No. Deterministic engines calculate matches and amounts. AI may explain or suggest. It cannot approve, certify, or write authoritative financial results.
Assistive AI is optional and organization-controlled. We do not use your files to train a public model. Prompts and results are not sent to analytics or generic logs.
Files live in private storage, accessed through short-lived signed URLs after a permission check. Organizations are isolated with role-based access and PostgreSQL row-level security.
Yes. Free lets you evaluate AuditExport with architecture limits on files, rows, runs, and users.
Yes. An owner or admin can cancel renewal from billing settings. Access continues through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Yes, as a voluntary 14-day first-payment refund: you may request a refund of your first paid Professional or Business subscription charge within 14 calendar days of that first successful charge. Renewal charges are not covered by that voluntary policy. Cancellation remains a separate action. This policy is in addition to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
New work that exceeds a limit is blocked with a clear plan-limit message. Existing data stays readable. Upgrade when you need more capacity.
