Tiers
When tier fields are in the upload, differences between expected and actual tier outcomes stay visible.
Commission reconciliation
Upload the expected commission file and the actual calculation or payment file. AuditExport checks the two sides. It is not a full sales compensation administration platform.
Commission disputes start when the expected sheet and the payroll or payment file disagree. Tiers, splits, accelerators, and clawbacks make a single SUMIF unreliable. The useful output is a list of missing, over, and under items a reviewer can inspect.

How it works
Step 1
Plan or CRM export plus commission calculation or payment file.
Step 2
Rep identifier, deal or invoice, rate basis, and paid amount.
Step 3
Compare expected and actual lines, including grouped deals where configured.
Step 4
Missing commission, overpayment, underpayment, and rule-driven differences you can inspect.
Step 5
Share the exception list with finance or the sales ops reviewer.
What this workflow is designed to do with uploaded files.
When tier fields are in the upload, differences between expected and actual tier outcomes stay visible.
Split lines can be compared when both files include the split identifiers.
Accelerator rows that appear on one side only are listed as exceptions.
Negative or clawback lines are compared instead of being dropped from the check.
Expected lines with no actual counterpart stay open.
Actual above expected is a listed difference, not a silent extra.
Actual below expected remains as an exception with both amounts.
Rep R-204 expected $6,400.00 on deal D-118. The payment file shows $5,920.00. A clawback of $200.00 on D-091 appears only on the actual side. Those two exceptions are the review set.
Commission files are sensitive and argument-prone. A structured comparison gives finance a document-level difference list. It does not replace a dedicated incentive-compensation system for plan design, crediting, or payouts.

It compares uploaded expected and actual files. It is not marketed as a full sales compensation administration platform.
Yes. Negative or clawback lines in the uploaded files are part of the comparison.
Use the identifiers already in your export. Synthetic IDs are enough for a run.
Upload expected and actual sheets. Review missing, over, and under items.
